This piece features two stunning butterflies: Doleschallia polibete, also known as the Leafwing, and Hebomoia glaucippe, commonly called the Great Orange Tip.

Doleschallia polibete is native to Southeast Asia and is admired for its incredible mimicry—the underside of its wings perfectly resembles a dead leaf, offering camouflage in the wild. In contrast, Hebomoia glaucippe stands out with bold white wings tipped in vibrant orange, making it one of the most striking butterflies of its range.

Both specimens are sustainably sourced from ethical butterfly farms, then carefully preserved and arranged by hand in California.
